RACE HISTORY:
Sam is 18 years old and in 2011 was Britains youngest superbike rider competing in Europe.
In 2011 he raced a Honda CBR 1000 in the Spanish CEV Stock Extreme Championship it was his rookie year on a 1000cc bike and on the Spanish circuits and he mixed it up with the likes of Ivan Silva, Xavier Fores from MotoGP and WSBK and scored points in the Championship as a privateer rider. In the last CEV round at Jerez Sam finished 1 place behind the Championship winner Ivan Silva.
Prior to this he competed in BSB Superstock 600 (but was let down by a team and then injured part way through the season in 2010)
In 2009 finished 2nd overall in TSGB Junior Powerbike Championship on a Ducati 800 in 2009, for the Knight Road Race team.
In 2008 Sam contested the NGRRC and EMRA Formula 125cc Championships finishing 2nd overall. Gaining more wins than any other competitor in either championship.
In 2011 Sam was one of a handful of British riders to receive an invitation to compete in the UEM European Championship round at Albacete, Spain on 9th October 2011 but unfortunately was unable to attend due to injuries sustained in testing back in the UK.
2004 - 2006 Sam competed in motocross events with Portsmouth MX and Hants & Dorset MX clubs.
2007 – Started to Road-race with NGRRC and test on a Aprilia 125cc motorcycle.
2008 – Formula 125cc championships EMRA 2nd place / NGRRC 2nd place
